Self Discovery at The Hive
So often, folks come to the practice seeking to improve themselves, change something, become something different. What if instead, you assume that all you need is already within you waiting to be discovered, affirmed or encouraged. Self-discovery allows you the opportunity to work with your most natural self without resistance, practice curiosity and compassion, and get to know yourself without judgment, blame, or expectation.
The Hive’s Self-Discovery practice includes a variety of modalities and stems from the tools and philosophies Melissa finds beneficial in her own personal practice.
